The VIP series of Cobalts are some of the rarest and and most sought after. They are generally reserved for VIPs and visiting dignitaries. They are much harder to acquire then the color seal or diecast series of presidential cufflinks.
The cufflinks are from Pres. Bill Clinton’s first term, they are packaged in the original VIP presidential box wrapped in a brass trim, with a white outer box, both are stamped with the presidential seal. The back of the cufflinks are stamped with the signature of Pres. Bill Clinton Condition. The box also features a tie clip that was given to Perkins.
The last item in the collection is a pinback button (3″) from Clinton’s Inauguration held on January 20, 1993.
