1969 “Little Big Man” – Dustin Hoffman Signed Interview Papers with His Personal Notations For News Article
This collection of Dustin Hoffman items originates from the same person that has the “Little Big Man” items in the other auction listings. Out of the collection, this piece is the most unique and valuable.
The original owner was a high school journalist who interviewed Hoffman and covered the film’s on location shooting and theater preview (showing of film) for an article. This is a draft copy of the article that did print in the newspaper, “The Kyote” in October 10, 1969. The interesting part is that Hoffman made all the edits and notations for the article. Surprisingly, we learn from the article that at the time, Hoffman was not a fan of “The Graduate” and the rating system.
Hoffman signed the bottom in blue pen with the notation, “Thank you – you write well” .
